Powder Coating

Since beginning powder coating in 1972 we now have two 6.5 meter ovens to cater for most objects. We can coat either single parts or large production runs. Most colors can be matched with existing "stock" powders.

Custom color matching is also available. We also have the flexibility of ten separate ovens to respond to different customer requirements. We can offer a fast turnaround if needed by utilising eight powder coating units.

We can powder coat anything from small components to railings and gates, signs, display equipment, shutter parts, aluminium extrusions etc. We have completed various contracts from Banks to Building Societies to Supermarkets. We offer a specialist pre treatment system onto galvanised items.

We pre-treat the galvanising thoroughly so that there are no adhesion problems which can be an inherent issue with that process and that also there is no surface defects. This results in a better overall finish to the item.
